This quarantine period is about to open doors for some underground acts and Yinka Oshodi is one of them. Yinka Oshodi released On Your Way and here is the review.

Positives

On Your Way has a really classic RnB vibe with a little bit of Jazz. The production was smooth and filled with high and mid-frequency percussions. Smooth piano riffs were played occasionally too. Yinka sang smoothly and in a piano form with no form of aggression which made her connect with the beat. Her delivery was sultry and solemn giving the song a cool sensual vibe. Yinka sang about her desire for her partner to come and make her feel good this lonely night.

Negatives

The song lacked any form of innovativeness. It sounded like the regular classical RnB vibe. No millennial feel at all.
