Ycee has released his anticipated album titled YceeVsZaheer. Off the album is an Adey produced afro-pop record titled, Bassline. Listen below:
Ycee and BOJ were the only positives of this song. They actually attacked the song the right way. Their laid back delivery was smooth and clear. BOJ was a surprise guest on the song, as the title only stated Davido has a featured artiste. That surprise was an added advantage for the song.
Adey predominantly used percussions of high frequencies for this one. The instrumentation lacked the bass line the song boasts off. There was nothing special about the song. It sounded like Davido was trying to force to like the song as he was shouting in our ears. Davido, sometimes you can sing in a lower octave you know. The beat had a laid back concept, so why did Davido bring out all his energy for this one?
