An uptempo afro-house record
2
Pheelz made an uptempo groovy instrumental with a lot of Afro-house influence. The instrumental was heavily built on Afro-house percussions and Afro-pop melodies with little RnB piano riffs here and there. Wande Coal didn't fail to deliver what he could with his unique voice and those great rhythmic melodies. He made use of his falsetto with ease, weaving his way through the instrumental with staccato flows. The overall production was unique and it fits well into the structure of the record.
After the success of 'Again,' I expected something more extra-ordinary than 'Naughty Girl.' It sounded too plain to be an actual follow up to his previous release. The song sounded like it was sharpishly done with little or no innovative or creative thought process. Just Vibes, as they say.
This is just an okay song. Soundstroke would recommend you wait for another Wande Coal releases. Till then, enjoy his previous releases.
