Soft the bem bem na!

Dagogo Records artiste, Soft decided to end the year with a new single titled, Naughty. The afro-pop record was produced by Blaise Beatz.

Listen below:

Positives

BlaiseBeatz started the song with a smooth Spanish-esque pop guitar melody followed by African shakers, making this song a smooth blend of Spanish pop and afro-pop. The song was groovy all-round and a bit enjoyable. Soft's vocals were clear and audible and you could hear everything he belted out with his voice. His delivery was smooth and cool. How he weaved around and into the beat with the regular afro-pop vibe was okay.

Negatives

The song had a similar plot and a similar style with most songs on the airwave now. It's amazing how Soft went from being a potential superstar to a standard copycatter. The song lacked originality and creativity. Soft just took a page from the book of afro-pop, without any unique touch. The lack of harmony was felt. Harmony would have done justice to some part of the song that felt scanty and uneven
