Simi just released a new song to commemorate the launch of her new album, Omo Charlie Champagne and her exit from her previous Record label, X3M Music. The song did not manage to reach the apex we are used to getting from Simi’s songs, however, we found the satirical use of humour in the song to be amusing.
We found the intro of the song to be engaging, the instrumentals were not bad.
Simi employs humour to mock a certain set of people and she did manage to squeeze some unrelated easter eggs into the lyrics of the song.
Simi's vocals were decent as is usually the case, we were able to hear her clearly without any problems.
The instrumentals are actually nice seeing this is the first official production done by Simi.
The structure of the lyrics could have been better. The song is plagued with continuity problems and a proper storyline.
The melody of the song is boring and we found ourselves disinterested after a while during the review. It took all we had to get ourselves to focus on the song during the review.
