A hip-hop record.

The song started with a Hispanic guitar riff and a Yoruba proverb and I immediately knew I was about to get hit with dope lyricism. Tec (one half of Show Dem Camp) went in with his verse as he reminisced on their come up and how they had to strive to get to where they are now. Sir Dauda came through with a nice hook that fits perfectly into the song and then Ghost (the other half of Show Dem Camp) came in with the same plot as Tec. His delivery and vocal cadence are so unique and it helped drive the song.
The instrumental was simple, maybe too simple as the overall lyrical composition and vocal delivery screamed hardcore. The overall production was all over the place as the vocals were somewhat louder than the instrumentals at some point. The song lacked the balance of a hardcore rap record.
