When we heard Rudeboy had a new song, we were quite pessimistic about the new single. I mean, it felt like we were being served a meal without water or drink, we like the double [package that is, in P-Square, but hey, things cannot always go our way, can they? Let us just say this before the review; Patoranking gives us joy, he gives us happiness.

Positives

We must confess, this is a beautiful rendition done by Rudeboy, he basically reminded us that his strong suit has always been singing even when he was a part of P-Square. He was usually the lead singer then and for good reasons. To be honest, we did not expect the song to sound so good and scintillating.
Patoranking should already be considered a national treasure, he makes songs sound so good. He performed well in his part of the song as expected.

Negatives

We still feel like someone important is missing from the song, unfortunately, we are still stuck up on the idea of not seeing two of them singing together and it feels like a song is incomplete without the other. We got a similar vibe on this song.
Furthermore, after their final separation, it felt like most fans just kind of gave up on them like we felt they were going to fade into oblivion and their time was up. Unfortunately, most fans still hold on to that line of thought and it will take a miracle of a song to reorientate the fans.

Bottom Line

We Miss P-Square and we will love them to come back together, yes we know we sound like a bereft ex but we cannot just help but miss the fantastic duo. But oh well, It is time to move on, it is a new era and we should start getting used to it.
