Review: Rema – Dumebi Remix (feat. Becky G)

Rema released his debut EP, Rema EP in April 2019. This began his rise to stardom. The smash-hit single of his debut EP gets a remix in 2020. Rema decided to get the assistant of American superstar, Becky G. The instrumental is the same as the original and Rema delivered the same content he did on the original. But Becky G's addition is a big positive on the song, especially the fact that she sang her part in Latin. She added a whole different vibe to the song. The song went from just an Afro-pop record with Indian-esque melodies and transcended into an actual pop song with a touch of reggaeton. She made a huge mark on the record and hopefully, this would help Rema break more into the Latino market.
