SONIC BOOM!

NOT ALL MUSICIANS WERE CREATED EQUAL!

Everything we thought we knew about Omawumi, we did not know jack! We knew Omawumi could sing, we just did not know she could sing this well. We were seriously surprised when we heard the song. She sounded like an angel had descended from heaven. Now we are not just tooting her horns, we are just saying it as it is. The amount of sheer passion and emotions invested in this song got us in synch and on the same wavelength with Omawumi.

Positives

We loved the starting instrumental, very subtle and stable. It allowed for Omawumi to do her own intro seamlessly. What is even more impressive is the seamless transition into the song itself.
True loving is another love song. We say another but this is aeons ahead of most we have reviewed here. There are only a few come close or are even on the same pedestal. The storyline is practical and runs deep. We liked the plot development, it is very relatable. It feels like we have been in this position more than once as a matter of fact.
Oh wow! Never did we dream that Omawmi's vocals were this powerful. She demonstrated her vocal prowess in this song. We could feel the passion she put into the performance. We got sucked in and began to easily empathise with her.
The melody of the song is filled with Omawumi style Soul music. We like the sound and it stands out immediately. We enjoyed the rhythm of the song, it combined well with the harmony melody to give the song a great
