SONIC TRAINWRECK!
Yet again another Azaman artist (Azaman Artist are musicians that are stuck between rapping and talking, they usually do thin in Yoruba and produce a different sound entirely) has turned up. Okay, it is unfair to classify him as an Azaman artist, he did actually do some rapping in the song. Orobo (we do not like the title by the way, it means fat person).
Orobo starts with drums playing continuously followed by DEmmie Vee's intro. The intro was mostly lukewarm for us.
The intro of the song was decent, we were not able to enjoy it because of our disgust and irritation but we did listen attentively and there was no issue with the vocals.
The melody of the song is a combination of Hip Hop and Afropop genre.
We really do t like the title of the song and the lyrics are worse. Not only does the song call the person fat but he also shares his desire to do questionable things to her. We were just not feeling the vibe of the song and we soon started getting disgusted
We were not too psyched about the melody of the song. I was not terrible but it failed to move us, we stayed mostly unimpressed.
