One of Nigeria’s biggest A&R personnel, Larry Gaaga is at it again with a new record just after the release of Decide with Vector. This new slow-paced Afro-pop record is titled Work (Living in Bondage) and it required the assistant of Worldwide Afro-pop superstar, Davido for the vocal performance. Work serves as the official soundtrack for the Nollywood upcoming movie, Living in Bondage. The record is produced by DMW’s record producer, Fresh VDM.

Positives

Davido's vocal emotional resonance is unmatched and this song was no different. Davido's vocals were clear and energetic. The melody was beautiful and had that RnB vibe.
Davido sang about sexually wooing a lady. The song sounded like a slower take of May D's 'sound-track'.

Negatives

For a talented producer like Fresh VDM, this beat is way below par. The drum pattern sounded absurd and un-rhythmic. It was hard to understand what Fresh was trying to portray. The only good thing about the instrumental was the church-like piano chords that were played.
