Lady Donli’s Enjoy your life Album has been gaining lots of positive response since its release. The Afro-fusion artiste released Enjoy your life two months ago and it’s still on the charts, withstanding Nigerians’ short attention span. Take Me Home is the seventh song on the album. The solemn afro-pop record was produced by Kingsley Okorie and features BenjiFlow.

Positives

Smoothness seems to be the order of the day for Lady Donli and her team of creatives, as she samples D'banj's 'Mogbono feli feli" and turned it into a soft & sweet afro-RnB vibe.
The instrumental was simple, as Kingsley hit some nice soft percussions and laid a guitar sample of D'banj's 2009 hit. Lady Donli weaved through the song with surreal vocals and sultry melody that would put you in a sensual mood. Well, the plot was to put you in that mood, so I guess it worked. Her vocals were clear, smooth and jazzy. BenjiFlow came through with his baritone vocals and it fits well with the record.

Bottom Line

One of the smoothest songs of 2019. Soundstroke definitely recommends.
