With many producers releasing tracks of their own, Talented producer kanibeats is not left behind as he collaborates with award-winning singer Teni and Gorilla sauce’s very own artist Joeboy  to release a mid-tempo afro vibe track titled ‘Mr Man’

Positives

When producers decide to work on projects of their own, it’s usually interesting because we tend to hear what they actually want their music to sound like, they select artists they feel can deliver what they expect. Most producers like lacing melodies in their instrumentals and talented producer Kanibeats did not leave this out on this track. The 108bpm instrumental starts with some melodies which are accompanied by Teni’s vocals and then the drums kick in giving it that vibe that lets your head nod without your permission. Joeboy's vocals brought a different feel towards the end of the song.

Negatives

The song got very cloudy at a point as the vocals and instrumental were clashing at some point. There are lots of vocals playing during the song and at the same time, a lot of synths and fx sounds were used which was not necessary. The listener would be distracted as there is so much playing together. The phrase ‘Mr. Man’ is used repetitively which connotes that both artists had very little time to prepare before recording

Teni always doing justice to the jams, mama the mama. I read the review before i listened and so i somehow expected some things while listening and yea, the review is correct. Yet, i like the song, mama the mama on the track is a enough.
