“Ji Masun- Ji Ji; Ji Masun- Ji Ji

Davido is a good singer and it is once again apparent in this song, we could practically hear his passion and dedication in his expressive vocals.
The song is a good dance song, it really got us in the mood to dance shaku shaku so we do believe the song has achieved its purpose, after all, Idowest proclaimed himself the king of Shaku Shaku.
FreshVDMdid a good one on the beat, it was surprisingly not too loud and well balanced.
The video also did well to compliment the song and further let us know what the song is about.
While we love a great dancing song, Ji Masun is far from being a great song, we feel it is not memorable enough and it was way too many repetitive lines.
Furthermore, the song has way too much Yoruba in it, that would be a problem for those that do not understand Yoruba, it will mean this song may only be enjoyable to those that understand what Idowest was saying.
It also feels like Idowest was just everywhere and we do not mean in a good way, we mean like he was not well coordinated, perhaps because he tried to put too much of street style in the song?
This is at best a decent SHaku Shaku dance song but we do not see it becoming an anthem or the go-to song for dancers to use to practise their choreography/dance moves.
