Review: Ichaba – No Love freestyle

Positives

The song started with a lot of exciting build-ups that felt like it was leading to a bang. Well, it never led to that bang. A sweet piano chord progression started the song, followed by shakers and toms. Ichaba’s energetic vocals were shown on this song with occasional harmonies that made the song blissful. The melody and tune were quite interesting and his emotional resonance hit home. Ichaba went on to sing about how there is an absence of love in his world and how he would clear his non-lovers.

Negatives

The whole song sounded like a build-up or an intro of a song than an actual song. The song sounded so incomplete. At some points, we expected a kick, but a kick never came throughout the entire 1 minute 40 seconds of the song.
