“Obiageli my person, my personally person
What I love is your person
I swear you’re a blessing
You handcuff me like ekelebe
If you see your body you must kwere
I know say you go like Osadebe”
Another love song from Flavour and Yemi Alade, this is apparent from the title of the song already. This is an interesting collaboration from the highlife crooner (Flavour) and The Afropop/beat Musicians.
A good blend of music from Yemi Alade and Flavour. The melody is a good one, tuneful and shapeful, it did pique our interest and left us curious, at least to listen to the other part of the song.
The vocals of the song sound very expressive and pleasant to our ears, from the chorus to the hook and verses, Flavour did a good job and Yemi Alade further augmented the performance with her own unique sound.
We were also fascinated by the otherwise traditional inspired beat of the song, our auricles were pleased with the resonating effects.
Yemi Alade's part of the song was refreshing, especially her introduction to the song.
For long periods of the song we were wondering if Yemi Alade was a vixen in the song, you know the kind of thing she pulled it in Wande Coal's baby hello.
Language is most likely going to be a barrier for the non-speaking public but hey, it does not stop one from enjoying good sounds.
