There are not many female rappers who are as consistent as Eva Alordiah, the talented female rapper shows she’s not done with the game as she drops this track which she titled ‘Solo life’
The 95bpm instrumental produced by Jesse Alordiah starts with a guitar solo and a clap followed by vocals from Eva and some major chords to accompany it. The instrumental allowed Eva to be very expressive on it. Her lyrics were clear and easy to hear and well-coordinated. This is a song she probably sat to write, as her words were quite consistent.
The song talks about living a low-key life to avoid stress from negative people.
Eva tried running a street vibe on this one, which didn’t work well for her. After each verse, she takes the chorus herself and one couldn’t just but notice the stress in her vocals. It would have been better if she featured a good vocalist on the track instead of her singing the chorus herself. I guess most of these artists want all the glory to themselves.
The instrumental became boring at some point, as the same guitar sound and solo was used throughout the song. There was no transition and nothing new was introduced.
