Boye the Genius & Uche B did a great job with the instrumentation, infusing early 2000 R&B with Afro-pop. It sounded new, innovative and unique. The chords and melodies were R&B while the drum pattern was Afro-pop. Although it sounded like something Runtown has done, there's still a sense of newness to the song.
Terri came through with a laid back delivery of his vocals. His vocals wear smooth, clear and audible.
The plot of this song is getting too common among Nigerian artists. Almost all the songs by male Nigerian artists are about wooing a girl to the bedroom.
Blaqbonez decided to bring out his alter ego, Mr. Boombastic and we think he shouldn't bring it out again for any feature. His vocals seemed low and unclear. His delivery was off and scattered.
This is an all-round feel-good song that you could add to any playlist.
