Oya Hey mammi yah my sexy fire bonita

The YBNL Mafia Family recently released an album. Send her money is one of the many collaborations in this single. The artists in this song include DJ Enimoney, LK Kuddy, Olamide himself, Kizz Daniel and Kranium.
An interesting sound for the intro, it reminded of something you will hear from an Italian movie or is it closer to a tune you will hear in a Texan movie. We did like the sound though, it sounded different from what we are used to hearing. It will definitely keep fans around to listen to the remaining part of the song.
When you have a couple of talented musicians with different genres on a song and a dope beat, it will be a sin for the melody to be horrendous. Even though we know the lyrics will a horrible catastrophe (yes five grown ass men cannot come up with non-cringe worthy lyrics for a song). At least we can count on the melody of the song.
The instrumentals of the song are lovely, we totally loved it. Right from making us feel like a badass cowboy in a Texan Movie about to engage in a good ol' Texan shootout to the quick salsa like instrumentals or even the Mariachis from Mexico.
As expected the song does not have any meaningful lyrics. A primary school pupil can compose better lyrics for this song than what we have. I mean the message behind the song is "send her money". I mean it's good to be magnanimous and all but when you begin to send a message like this, the entitlements girls in relationships feel will begin to swell. As if their current level of entitlement is not bad enough.
The video was an interesting concept, the artwork and the vintage like setting of Italian Mafia boss homes. However, the substance of the video was ruined by zero storyline and the too many girls hanging around without any purpose whatsoever. Watching the video continuously made it lose anything that made it special and we soon discovered it was just like every other thing out there.
This is a nice song, something new but familiar. Yes, it was ruined by the horrible lyrics and the video was not too bad. Except it lacked storyline and it was getting more generic, the longer we watched.
