Demola is a relatively unknown musician signed to Music World Entertainment. He decided to go ahead and feature Nigerian pop sensation (do I hear any arguments?) perhaps to gain more traction? All in all the song is a decent song. Join us as we review the song.
The song starts with an array of instrumentals which is obviously not bad, Then Demola went ahead to introduce himself. The intro may not be the flashiest but it scores high points in seamless integrations which is a big deal.
"Kilode oo (what exactly is wrong)" is usually what goes through our head when we listen to most Nigerian songs lyrics. At least we did get lyrics in this song and not some non-existent one we recently reviewed. The lyrics are not that bad. Not as bad as we are used to listening to, there were perhaps just more repetitions than we liked.
One of the aspects you will expect this song to shine is in the vocals, mainly due to the presence of Blac Diamond himself (Wande Coal and he did perform. We were treated to (more like teased with) occasional sonorous pitches from Black Diamond.
The best part of the instrumentals has to be the violin, we enjoyed the different and unique sound it brought into the mix of the song.
