Demmie Vee is on fire and it appears Oriste Femi is on fire also. This year alone Demmie Vee already has up to five songs he has featured in, the same could be said about Oritse Femi. The song is interlaced with a blend of Afropop, highlife and even Afro Juju, talk about sound and genre depth.
Demmie Vee does the Intro of the song and it is nice, it's not a bad thing for his vocals to be the first thing you hear when you are listening to a song.
The song preaches about life and it's many challenges. They also encourage you to just do your thing and pay no mind to people that will never be impressed and always be negative about you no matter what you do. The message of the song is quite relevant as we need reminders from time to time to live our lives the way we want so long as we are hurting no one.
We enjoyed several different vocals in the song from Demmie Vee's tiny vocals to the more prominent Oritse Femi's vocals. We could hear the emotions being expressed in their voices and we could really relate to it.
The melody of the song moved ever so seamlessly from Alternative sound to Afropop, highlife and Afro Juju, what a fusion really.
The song got really poor publicity like there are barely up to a thousand. It is like there was no PR team constantly working to get the video more views. It just did not make any sense to us and it begins to give Demmie Vee's allegations against Kizz Daniels credence. Whatever the case is, the really should have done better.
