Cheddah is a relatively new musician, he is what you would call an “Upcoming Artiste” and so it Staizz. Cheddah means money as we all know and this name is reminiscent of Mo’Cheddah. His new song ‘money’ obviously talks about money. Everybody seems to be talking about money these days, while some are encouraging us to make sure we make loads of money others are encouraging to spend the little we have.
The video of the song is a clean one, crisp and clear. The rhythm of the beat caught our attention most especially the beginning part of the song.
A good attempt from Cheddah but it lacked creativity and innovation, especially the video. All we saw were just video vixens that were looking out of place dancing and few dollar bills.
The song itself lacked any depth, it was just plain vain and uninspiring at best. While some other songs focus on making money, this one focuses on spending money, oh and he doesn't talk about spending the money wisely, just spend it. It kind of reminds us of the story of the prodigal son who spent all his inheritance lavishly and went broke. So hey, you may not want to follow this advice and be wise while spending.
Generally, this song is not doing hot at all, it seemed like a wasted effort but hey, we encourage him to keep on trying but this time, Cheddah and his team should sit down, compose a proper song with a good storyline and lyrics and then his PR team should devise a strategic means of making the music garner some popularity.
