An interesting collaboration from CDQ and Davido. The song is a lively one with rich tones from Davido and then rhythmic flows from CDQ. The song basically highlights the fact that they are entertainers and they won’t mind entertaining the ladies–whatever that means. Let us dig into the music review, shall we? In case you are wondering this is the first CDQ song we will be reviewing on our platform.
Lovely tune from Masterkraft, the instrumentals did well to introduce us to the song. Then Davido went ahead to do an even better job, the introduction earns the song extra points.
The melody of the song is a beautiful one, CDQ couldn't have picked someone better for the chorus. Davido infused a lot of energy and Afropop vibe into the song. As a matter of fact, we can say the song is as interesting as it currently is because of Davido's eclectic performance.
The vocal rendition of the song is not a bad one. Crisp and clear. The beats though unique catchy and loud did not interfere with the quality of the vocals in the song and it did not hog all the attention. Matter of fact, we discovered we were able to pay more attention to the vocals.
The instrumentals of the song are balanced and varied. We heard different interesting sounds. Even though the sounds were varied it did not sound disconcerting, it just gave the song extra flavour, if you know what we mean.
The song is an interesting one and it's a shame the song does not have a video yet. A video would have further cemented the uprise of the song and perhaps the visuals and the storyline would have added a sort of more entertainment to the song.
