Genio Bambino made a groovy mid-tempo dancehall instrumental with a smooth hollow hip-hop melody line and the dancehall drum pattern. The instrumental sounded so new and fresh. BOJ came through with the chorus and shocked us. He decided to go the Afro-pop route and that was surprisingly good. In fact, there wouldn't have been a better output. The smooth blend of dancehall, Afro-pop, and a stint of hip-hop was a style we didn't know we needed. Davido delivered a smooth yet vibrant verse with his energetic style. Mr Eazi also came through with his unique style. This is a good song.
The overall production was perfect, as all elements of the record aligned well.
This is a smooth experimental record. SOundstroke recommends.
