Barry Jhay gives us a beautiful Afro-pop tune produced by Tuzi. The 110bpm instrumental begins with African percussions and local instruments playing, with whistle sounds playing at intervals. Barry Jhay's vocals o this song is above average, as he employes the use of both English and Yoruba language to make it relatable.
The song sounds more like a freestyle, not a well-properly organized track. Barry Jhay's vocals started to sound like Wande coal's at a point in the song, especially the back-ups. Barry Jhay's repeated lyrics showed he either had less time to prepare before recording or wasn't creative enough. Barry Jhay seems to take over from 9ice by singing in proverbs in most of his tracks.
Not a bad song coming from Barry Jhay.
